WebJan 7, 2024 · Dymo’s software and my 450 Duo worked perfectly. The same 450 Duo with exactly the same Dymo software on a fully patched, newly installed, Windows 11 Pro device still only prints labels. The tape side of the Duo is not recognised. Again I reiterate the exact same Duo 450 unit works absolutely perfectly on my iMac too. WebRemove the labels from the label printer. Disconnect the USB cable from your computer. Disconnect the power adapter. Wait 10 seconds. Press and hold the only button on the front of the printer while plugging in the power adapter. Release the button. The LED status light on the front of the printer should be solid blue.
