WebI’d recommend getting a headset that has its own mute button then they can’t hear. I use the Logitech ClearChat Comfort/USB Headset H390. Well I do have a headset, Logitech as well lol, with its own mute button. That’s what I meant in my post, that even when the headset is muted the sups can hear you thru five9.
