WebMay 6, 2010 · Posted May 3, 2010. When we visited last summer we visited two beaches. The only beach we found sea glass on was Governor's Beach. The glass washed up onto shore. I believe the boundary is a few feet beyond the high tide mark. Any shells taken from the beach would be illegal.
