WebThis unit has been designed with a 1-1/2” vent connection on the side of the pump housing. All plumbing codes require connection to a vent system. Please note that the vent system should be a two-way air vent. The use of mechanical vents, air admittance valves or similar devices are not permitted as these are considered one-way air vent systems. WebThe check valve is located ~4' above the pump. Once the line hits the ceiling it runs horizontally ~15' then turns right 90 degrees, drops 6" to get under the beams, runs horizontally another 6' and then descends at ~45 degrees another 2' to where it turns left and exits through the foundation.
